I have slight concern this week, that I may not lose weight. I'm eating totally on plan, and averaging 5 syns a day, but something's not feeling right. I feel a bit bloated, and heavy. I think losing 4lbs last week, has unerved me, and I am wondering if that was too much, and that it's impossible for me to lose even more in another 7 days.
I do weigh myself every day, and I know many people frown upon it, but I only look at my moving average over the weeks, and I actually weighed the lightest this morning, so I should be feeling confident, but something is niggling me. I know I will be devastated if I don't lose, and it might be enough to knock me off plan. I really need to get over this mini crisis of confidence, because if I have been on plan, I should, have no worries.
On a positive note, a colleague returned to work from being off sick since last September, and just out of the blue he said, you've really lost weight, you can really notice it. I was so surprised, and felt very chuffed. I also got a text message from a friend I haven't seen since Christmas, and she has heard via another friend I have lost weight so sent me a well done note, so I do feel motivated by these comments.
I've been eating lots of fruit and vegetables this week, but not too much speed foods like quorn mince or lentils, so I must make some home made red lentil soup tomorrow, that always seems to aid my weight loss.
I compared my month one and month two photos today. You can definately see a difference in my face, neck and shoulders. My arms look the same, but my stomach is flatter, and I seem to have more shape around my bust and ribcage, with the beginnings of a waist. Woohoo.
I think I just have to get everything into perspective and stop worrying, and keep on plan, and it'll work out alright, and I am sure I'll be at my 2 stone award before I know it.
More later.

Try not to worry too much - hope this isn't too personal - but are you due for a period? When ever I'm on I lose less weight and sometimes not at all and it makes me bloat. If you are feeling a little bloated it could also be one particular food upsetting your tum... Perhaps you could avoid whatever it might be...
If you don't lose anything this week don't worry and don't lose hope - you've done fantastically so far, we all have bad weeks and believe me I know - I've been dieting for over 5 months now, my weightloss was rubbish in january - things are picking up again.
So don't worry, stay positive - you are doing great!
