I went to Wyverstone Crop yesterday, it was quieter than usual and I got lots done. Well three LOs, but I did leave early too.
I really struggle with inspiration at crops, I think it's because I can't get all my stash out and mess around with it on my bench, and then completely change my mind and get something else out, because I don't have it all with me. So I tend to scraplift, and that gets thing going.
So this one is using last November's Jenni Bowlin kit, it's a pic of my Pa, neice, nephew and Sophie, that I took the day before we went to France during the Easter holidays. It was such a rushed photo, 'cos I had a train to catch in less than 15 mins, and it took 15 mins to get to the railway station. I love these Mustard Moon papers, particulary the pinky one on the chipboard bracket. This is a scraplift from Jenni's design gallery, with a twist though :0).
Next one was just based on an idea by Debbie Jewell which I found in the new Scrap Geni mag, that Janice handed around the crop, it was just an idea on how to use up those Basic Grey tags that you get in the collection packs. I hardly ever use them, so was thrilled to use a whole packet on one LO. Now as you know I am not a BG girl, I never use BG papers, and swore I'd never buy another pack again at the beginning of the year!! I've bought Perhaps, Pheobe, Scarlett Letter and yesterday Stella Ruby. Not much for someone who doesn't like BG is it? My problem is that I buy it, and then never actually use it. But I love these latest collections so much more, and I am using them, so am I forgiven? I think at least two people mentioned this to me yesterday.
OK, I have to dash, as everyone is waiting for me in the car. More to share later.

I love what you've done with the BG tags, I've got hundreds of the little blighters and have slowly been using them up on cards but I am definitley going to scraplift this! :)
